Decorative outdoor luminaires for lighting professionals
Ledvance will be adding an attractive and varied portfolio of outdoor luminaires to its range of modern LED luminaires for professional users. These Ledvance branded products will be available via wholesale as of January 2018. The decorative luminaires are well-suited for hotel projects, chic office parks and especially the residential sector – in fact anywhere, where coherent design makes a difference.
The low power consumption, long rated life and elegant appearance of LED lighting solutions are convincing more and more customers, and outdoor luminaires are no exception. This is why Ledvance is launching a new product family comprising nine new models in different versions for professional users such as electrical contractors.
The majority of the range are intended for facade mounting. Most of the luminaires will be available in dark gray or white coated aluminum, and some models also in stainless steel. The Outdoor Belt model will be available in two different designs – with either a round or rectangular diffuser behind the eye-catching dark gray belt that gives it its name.
The range of luminous flux values in the portfolio goes from 360 lumens for the Outdoor Pole model to 740 lumens for the Outdoor Edge model. The color temperature for all the products is a warm white 3,000 Kelvin. The luminaires therefore contribute to a higher level of security while providing atmospheric outdoor lighting. A rated life of up to 30,000 hours and a 5-year manufacturer's warranty are the same for all the models as well. The Outdoor Edge and Outdoor Pole facade luminaires are available with an optional combined daylight and motion sensor.
For the Outdoor Lantern model, in addition to the surface-mounted version there are matching pillar versions available, which are 500 mm high and pathway versions, which are 900 mm high. The pillar versions of the Outdoor Pole are also 500 mm high and the pathway versions 800 mm high. For the Outdoor Pole Ledvance also offers a matching wall and ceiling luminaire for indirect lighting. The head on the Outdoor Spot and Indirect models can be tilted and swiveled so the light can be directed where it is needed.
The outdoor luminaires have type a IP54 or IP44 type of protection and are therefore protected against splash water.
