THE INSTALLED LUMINAIRES FROM LEDVANCE OPTIMIZED LIGHTING QUALITY, THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND GIVES CUSTOMERS AND EXCELLENCE BUYING EXPERIENCE.
The supermarket owner wanted to improve the lighting quality in the supermarket and at the same time to attract the attention of his customers to specific areas. The energy efficiency was also a requirement for such a store that is open many hours a day. In the clothing and wine areas the purpose was to present the products under the best light, through a combination of general and effect lighting. The products on the shelves needed to be presented attractively to catch the customer attention. The new lighting solution should also meet the requirement of low maintenance and low operating costs.
The 450 units of the luminaire system TRUSYS PERFORMANCE 35W/4000K from LEDVANCE for general lighting in all stores proved to be the best option. To complete the general lighting, 290 of the flexible TRACKLIGHT SPOT luminaires with excellent color rendering of CRI > 90 were combined to form an encompassing solution. In the shop areas where the merchandise should be visually enhanced, the TRACKLIGHT SPOT luminaires can be rotated and swiveled according to the shelf layout. This provides flexibility in the clothing and wine areas, highlighting the merchandise optimally.
Thanks to the implemented solution, the TRUSYS PERFORMANCE luminaire system with its high luminous flux and uniform light as well as the flexibility of the TRACKLIGHT SPOT luminaires presents the merchandise in the best possible light. Another excellent advantage is the long lifetime of the LED technology that reduces the maintenance and operating costs of the supermarket.
The project solution provided by LEDVANCE, the knowhow and professionalism to meet the supermarket owner’s requirements, combined with the excellent quality of the luminaires made this project a success.
I‘m very happy with the new lighting, all the stores gained a new bright life. And I‘m already seeing the results of the sales in the clothing and wine departments with an increase of around 20%.
