New SYLVANIA Lighting by LEDVANCE Enhances Décor and Ambiance
Wilmington, Mass. and Philadelphia – Lighting leader LEDVANCE is expanding its SYLVANIA ULTRA LED™ Filament and Vintage portfolios with new Twisted and Frosted versions being unveiled at Booth 1701 at LIGHTFAIR® International (LFI®). Perfect for downlights, pendant fixtures, table lamps, wall sconces and chandeliers, these are the most comprehensive families of Vintage and Filament lamps on the market, covering 95 percent of the traditional shapes. Twisted Filament and Frosted Filament lamps both have a full glass body design, with the former having a spiral LED filament for an enhanced decorative look and the later having the same frosted appearance as a traditional incandescent. The company is also adding dimming capability to its Vintage portfolio. In North America, LEDVANCE offers professional users and retail customers SYLVANIA advanced LED bulbs, standardized luminaires and smart lighting solutions, as well as traditional light sources.

With a long rated life of up to 15,000 hours (L70) and a good color rending index (CRI) of 80, SYLVANIA ULTRA LED Filament and Vintage Lamps can be used in a variety of commercial and residential applications. They reduce energy consumption up to 90 percent and last up to 15 times longer than incandescent lamps, but provide that retro look that is becoming increasingly popular. Suitable for damp locations, these LED lamps are perfect for welcoming guests via front or back porch fixtures. Filament lamps are available in 2700K, with Vintage versions of Filament and Twisted Filament lamps with amber glass having a 2200K color temperature. They are RoHS compliant, contain no mercury, lead or other hazardous materials, and do not emit any UV or IR radiation. Most of the standard Filament lamps are ENERGY STAR® rated, enabling them for utility rebates.
