LEDVANCE Advancing Light with World’s First Full Color Smart Filament LED A19 Lamp at LIGHTFAIR 2018
Wilmington, Mass. – LEDVANCE, the maker of SYLVANIA general lighting in the United States and Canada, continues to break new ground in the lighting industry with its latest advancement in smart filament technology, now showcasing full color and tunable white capabilities. At LIGHTFAIR® International (LFI), the company is announcing the world’s first full color smart filament LED A19 lamp. In less than two years, LEDVANCE has transformed from a manufacturer predominantly of traditional lamps to an independent, dynamic and globally active lighting company with one of the most comprehensive LED portfolios for general lighting. LFI is the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference which is taking place May 8 – 10, 2018 in Chicago.

This new smart filament LED breakthrough will deliver full color and tunable white light that is controllable by popular ecosystems. In addition to A19, it will be available in many of the popular form factors currently available in dimmable smart filament lamps like ST19 and G25.
